Reactive Extrusion

CXE series extruders and RingExtruders are deployed in the production of TPU and TPV, MAH grafting and peroxide cross-linking processes. Multiple machines are combined together (e.g. one extruder feeding directly into second extruder) for extended residence time with multiple vacuum devolatilization stages for removal of solvents or reaction by-products.
