Direct Extrusion

Together with CPM sister company Beta Raven we have perfected the direct extrusion of sheet, film or fiber. The full system consists of an upstream twin-screw extruder, feeding equipment, a melt pump and a downstream web handling. CXE extruders are producing, for example, PE fiber, microporous film for battery separator and PET sheet (from recycled PET).
