Customized Twin Screw Extrusion

The CXE Twin Screw Extruders of CPM Extricom Extrusion are built in Germany and the US with high qualitative material and adapted to our customers’ desire. The CXE portfolio offers a broad range of distinct machine series which can match different application segments. This series with an OD/ID ratio of 1.55 has a torque of 18Nm/cm³ and offers screw speeds up to 1200-1500rpm.

An economical alternative is our RXT Twin Screw Extruder. This series is developed through a cooperation of the CPM Extrusion Group and its 3 locations in Germany, China and the US. The strengths of each location are combined in this Twin Screw Extruder series.
